私はあなたのオークションに、入札ソフトを使って入札予約をしていましたが、昨夜、予約しているアイテムの確認をしていたら、画像に本体の凹みが映っていることに気づき、入札予約をキャンセルしたのですが、なぜか朝起きたら落札されていました。こちらの都合で本当に申し訳ないのですが、キャンセルさせて頂けないでしょうか。ご迷惑をお掛けすることになってほんとうにに申し訳ありません。

I used the auction software to make a bid reservation in your auction. Last night, when I was checking the item being reserved, I was bothered by the concave part of the unit in the photo so I made a cancellation of the bid reservation so why was there a successful bid when I woke up this morning? Apologies for this but can you cancel this? I am very sorry to trouble you. Thank you.
