今、貴方宛の請求書を作っていたのですが確認をして貰いたい事があります。
私が◯で購入したA4サイズの☆ですが、これは８枚入りでした。私はこれを２つ購入したので合計１６枚となりますが、足りるでしょうか？足りない場合私は追加で購入する事も出来ます。
私がこれらを購入するのに使った金額は$18.4です。その金額に◎までの送料と購入手数料の$4が加算されますので、実際に貴方にお支払いして頂く金額は$◆です。
貴方が以前欲しいと言っていたカードが入荷しましたがどうしますか？同梱送料は無料です

The A4 ☆that I purchased at ◯ included 8 sheets. I have purchased 2 sets of this, making it a total of 16 sheets. Do you think it would be enough? If not, I can purchase more.
I have used $18.4 so far to purchase these items, and with the delivery fee to ◎ and the commission added, the final amount will be $◆.
I also have the cards you have mentioned previously, wuold you like to purchase that together?
There will be no added delivery fee.
