今回クレームをいただいた件についてご報告致します。
今回返金に応じることはできない明確な理由が二つあります。
我々は御社のページの説明にある通りの商品をお客様にお送りしました。
この釣り竿のセットは、商品ページにもある通り、小さい魚を釣る携帯用の釣り竿です。
２点目
今回お客様はこの釣り竿を海もしくは川で利用されています。利用する前に家で商品の確認をして返品いただければ弊社も返金に応じますが、１度使用した商品の返金は受け入れられません。

We are contacting regarding your claim for a refund on the product you purchased.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your claim for the following two reasons:
First, we have sent you the product as described on our website. As you can see on the product page, this is a portable fishing rod which is designed for catching a small fish.
Second, the product has been used either at a sea or a river. We would accept your claim if it had yet been used, but we regret to inform you that we cannot give a refund on a product that has already been used.
