今回クレームをいただいた件についてご報告致します。
今回返金に応じることはできない明確な理由が二つあります。
我々は御社のページの説明にある通りの商品をお客様にお送りしました。
この釣り竿のセットは、商品ページにもある通り、小さい魚を釣る携帯用の釣り竿です。
２点目
今回お客様はこの釣り竿を海もしくは川で利用されています。利用する前に家で商品の確認をして返品いただければ弊社も返金に応じますが、１度使用した商品の返金は受け入れられません。

お客さま＝You と捉えていらっしゃらないのは、この訳だけです。それでも、２行目と最後の文章では お客さま＝YOU になってしまいましたね。
日本語で「御社」といえば、今話している相手だからそう言うのではないですか？だからこれがYOUです。
何で、日本人の翻訳者がこんだけたかって、みんなして間違えるんだか驚きです。

というのもなんだかしっくり来ないですね。

とでも言うのでしょうか・・

But repayment... ですね。

すみません。最後のところですが、その「物」を持ってくる位置が違ってたのではないかと思います。
If the customer checked the product at home before using and returned to us ではないかと思います。（ここのネイティブさんはcheckとおっしゃっています）
みなさん、日ごろ、「ＹＯＵ」を「お客様」と訳すことが多いのでしょう。「御社」が出てくるのは１回だけで、あとはやたらに「お客様」と出てくるものだから、「御社」のことが忘れられてしまったのでしょうね。この「お客様」という言葉は曲者ですよね。
