これは、WEB上で過去の履歴を参照できるだけであり、新規の記事使用申請や、使用可能期間の更新申請などは出来ないという理解でよろしいでしょうか？

他の部署やグループ会社の情報が混在してしまっているという点もデメリットであり、登録情報の削除をお願いすることも検討しております。
