In the 1930s and 1940s, Red Wing’s legendary quality and durability again catches the eye of the U.S. Military. Red Wing begins manufacturing boots for soldiers, making 239 different sizes and widths for the Army alone. Black hand loomed label on inside tongue. Size 6.5 D, medium. Leather lined. Definitely broke in!! Great condition DURKEE ATWOOD Cork Cushion soles and heels! A few scuffs and scratches throughout boots. Soft toe boots.

とてもレアな１９２０年代製造のUSAブーツ、それに世界恐慌時代のレッドウイング社の男性用ビンテージブーツ。レッドウイング社ブーツの丈夫さがその当時のアメリカ軍の目に留まり、兵士２３９人にそれぞれオーダーメイドのブーツを支給したのですが、商品はその内の一足です。タン部にラベルあり。サイズは２５センチ、掘り出し物です！ソール、ヒールともにダーキー・アトウッド・コルククッション使用。少々傷あり。トー部分は柔らかめ。
