はじめまして。

私は大学卒業後投資銀行業務に興味を持ち新卒でB社に入社しました。

投資銀行時代はカバレッジチームのアナリストとしてM&Aや資金調達の提案資料を作る仕事を行っていたのですが実務家がビジネスを行うレベルの分析に関する知識っていうのは本では勉強することが出来ずOJTで断片的にしか勉強することが出来ないということを感じていた。アナリスト時代は、そういった知識の習得にすごく苦労をしていてなにか体系的に勉強する教材はないかと思って日本にありとあらゆる教材を試した経験がある。

Greeting

At the time of graduating from the university, I was interested in the investment banking business field so I joined to the B Corporation as a fresh graduate.

While working for the investment bank, I was working as the analyst of coverage team and engaging of creating a proposal for the M & A and the fund procurement. However, I had strong thought that the knowledge for practical person to analyze the business level could not be obtain from learning books but it could only obtain fragmentary through the OJT.
While working as the analyst at the investment bank, I had very hard time to acquire such knowledge. And, I have the experience of trying out each and every learning materials through out Japan hoping to find out the systematic learning materials
