届いた商品は、新品ということでしたが、デモCDは開封されていました。この商品は、プレゼント用に購入しましたので、新品のデモCDを別途購入しました。損害分として20ドルを返金して下さい。でなければ、悪い評価を付けざるを得ません。

届いた商品には、電源コードが入っていませんでした。電源コードを別途買わざるえおえません。また、excellent condition ということでしたが、天板は摺れが数か所あります。これらの損害分として20ドルを返金して下さい。
