全ての指導者は、国連下部組織世界安全機構をはじめ先進諸国の公的機関公認であるＭＦＡ（メディックファーストエイド）の応急手当ライセンス保持者です。一般生活環境における応急手当技術のみならず、小児対応、緊急酸素、ＡＥＤ、低体温症、感染症の他、緊急の現場で即応するために生きた安全管理技術を目指し様々な場面でのレスキュー訓練を実施しています。また、各プログラムにおいて、発生すると考えられる事故を熟慮し、発症しうる怪我に対応するためのファーストエイドキットを全ての指導者が携行しています

All the leaders are first aid license holder of the MFA(Medic First Aid) which is a recognized public institution of developed countries who initiated the world safety mechanism under the United Nations organization. This does not only include first aid techniques in a normal living environment, but it also implements various rescue trainings for child support, emergency oxygen, AED, hypothermia, infection, rescue training with safety management technology that aims to conform with the scene of the emergency. In addition, all the leaders have to carry a first aid kit in order to respond to the injuries caused by the crisis and to throughly think of what can possibly happen in each program.
