鶴巻町、早稲田町を舞台とした1周1.63kmのテクニカルな小コースだ。スタート後、講堂を右手に見ながらヘアピンカーブを通過する。ここでは50km/h以下まで減速した上でクラッシュに気を付けよう。鋭角コーナーを曲がったら、わせべん前を通って早稲田駅前まで出る。ここは飲食店や喫茶店が多いエリアだ。左折後、消防署と公園の間を通って早大通りに戻ってくる

新宿三丁目を巡る1.7kmのコース。急なコーナーが多いが全体的に道幅が広いので平均時速200km/hオーバーも可能な高速コースだ。
