私は注文した商品をあなた達に転送会社の住所へ送ってもらいました。
そして転送会社から日本へ荷物を送ってもらいました。
到着した荷物を確認してみると注文した商品と全く違う自動車部品が入っていました。
転送会社は届いた荷物は最初から自動車部品だったと言っています。
あなた達は本当にギターケーブルを送ってくれたのでしょうか？
確認をお願いします。
転送会社とのメールや自動車部品の写真など必要な物があれば提出します。

I requested you to ship the ordered item to the address of my forwarding company.
And then, I let the forwarding company to send the item to me.
When I checked the package, it contained the automotive part which was different from what I ordered.
According to the forwarding company, the said package contained the automotive part at the first place.
Did you really send the guitar cable to me?
I am ready to provide you a copy of email communication between me and the forwarding company and the pictures of automotive part as well for the evidence of wrong delivery if you want.
