間違えて返金してしまい、すでに返金済みにしてしまったので返金キャンセルしたいです。
間違えてしまった理由としては、同時期に別の顧客から同じ種類の商品に関する返品リクエストを受けており、商品を取り間違えてしまったためです。

顧客からは返品リクエストを送ったがやはり、返品は取りやめたいという旨の連絡をもらっています。

I returned my money by mistake and so, I would like to cancel the repayment.
The reason is that I took the wrong one when I had an request of the same goods to be returned from different customer at the same time.

I requested to return the purchase to the customer, I got a response that he or she wants to cancel the returns.

まず、返金するのは他人のお金でありreturn my money にはなりません。
２番目の文は何言ってるのかわかりません。
最後の文は、まず日本語の意味が取れていません。（日本人ですよね？）
「私」が「request」したのではなく、客が「返品したいと言った（requested)けど取りやめたい」と言ったのです。
