保証期間内修理について

保証期間内の修理は原則として無料で行います。 ただし、落下・衝撃、砂・泥かぶり、冠水・浸水など、お客様の取り扱い上のミスで生じた故障の場合は、有料修理となります。
また、修理によっても機能の維持が困難な場合は、修理をお断りする場合があります。詳しくは保証書をご覧ください。

Repair within warranty period

The repair within the warranty period is basically free of charge. However, the repair of the troubles resulting from a mishandling and/or a use other than the intended use including dropping, impact or shock, penetration and/or covered with sand, submerged to the water and/or flood will be charged accordingly.
Also, we may refuse for a repair if the repair of trouble appears to be quite dificult to restore the expected performance. Please refer to the warranty letter for details.
