ほぼ完璧な英訳だと思います！
個人的になのですが、同じ表現が2度続くよりは少し言い換えた方が良いと思うので2度目のsorryは編集しました。ですが、そのままでも全く問題ないと思います。

Thank you の部分はどちらかというとメールの締めだと思うので、慣用表現のbest regardsの方がより文脈に合っていると思います。
