お客様には迷惑をかけて申し訳ないと思っている。確かに商品ページの記載が不十分だったとは認識している。
ただ、電圧について記載がなかったためわからなかった、とのことだが、日本からの輸入品でありコンセントプラグが違うことは明白であるため、日本とイギリスの電圧の違いについては調べてもらえればわかったと思う。
事実、他のお客様については同様の対応をしてもらっており特に問題は起こっていない。
壊れてしまったとの連絡をもらっているが、全額を返金することはできないと考えている。

Although, even though there was not any information about the voltage of the product, it is obvious that products imported from Japan have a different plug from England and so with further research I think the difference in voltage could have been understood. In fact, there has not been any problems with any other customers. I am contacting you that there has been a broken product, but I do not feel that we need to refund every customer.
