こんにちは。今回の時計の発送について、私はあなたに1点報告をしなければなりません。今回の商品の発送において、Aプランを選択いただきました。ところが私達のミスで、Bプランで発送してしまいました。このミスにより1日～2日到着が遅れる見込みです。まず、この点について心よりお詫びを申し上げます。また、当初頂いたプランと今回の発送にかかる費用には30ドルの差がありますが、お詫びの気持ちを込めて40ドルを返金させていただけないでしょうか？ご検討をいただけますと幸いです。
Hello. In regards to the shipment of the watch you have ordered, I must inform you the information below.
You had chosen plan A as your delivery option, but I mistakenly sent out the item by plan B. Due to this mistake, the item will arrive 1 or 2 days late. Please accept my sincere apology for this.
Also, there is a price difference of $30 between plan A and Plan B. As a token of my sincere apology, I would like to refund $40. Please let me know if this is satisfactory.
