こんにちは。今回の時計の発送について、私はあなたに1点報告をしなければなりません。今回の商品の発送において、Aプランを選択いただきました。ところが私達のミスで、Bプランで発送してしまいました。このミスにより1日～2日到着が遅れる見込みです。まず、この点について心よりお詫びを申し上げます。また、当初頂いたプランと今回の発送にかかる費用には30ドルの差がありますが、お詫びの気持ちを込めて40ドルを返金させていただけないでしょうか？ご検討をいただけますと幸いです。

Hello. We have to apologize one thing about the delivery of your watch. You have chosen A plan, but we mistakenly send it by B plan. Due to this, delivery willl be delayed for 1 ~ 2 days than the original A plan. Our apologies for the error and any inconvenience we have caused you. Also, delivery cost of B plan is expensive than A plan by $30, but we will like to refund $40 as our apology. Please take this into consideration.
