日本郵便の輸出課へ確認いたしました。
大きな問題はありません。
今回は＄*を超える高額商品のため、日本郵便が通関の為の書類を作成し申請する
必要があります。
そのため現在は保留中となっていますが、明日のUS行きの飛行機で発送予定とのことです。

全額、損害賠償の認定がされたと日本郵便から連絡がありました。
1商品を返送していただき、全額返金する
2商品を返送していただき、新品に交換する
3修理費用の見積もりをとっていただき、修理代金分を返金する

There is no big problem.
Because of the luxury goods which cost more than＄*, we have to create a document this time and apply it for customs clearance.
Therefore, the shipping is still pending , but they say that the goods will be shipped tomorrow by an airplane bound for US.

I have heard from Japan Post Service saying that the total amount of damages has been certified.

1. Return the product and obtain a full refund.
2. Return the product and change it to a new product.
2. Get a quotation of a repair cost and obtain a refund for the repair cost.
