日本郵便の輸出課へ確認いたしました。
大きな問題はありません。
今回は＄*を超える高額商品のため、日本郵便が通関の為の書類を作成し申請する
必要があります。
そのため現在は保留中となっていますが、明日のUS行きの飛行機で発送予定とのことです。

全額、損害賠償の認定がされたと日本郵便から連絡がありました。
1商品を返送していただき、全額返金する
2商品を返送していただき、新品に交換する
3修理費用の見積もりをとっていただき、修理代金分を返金する

I check export department of Japan Post, and found that there was no big problem.
This time it is an expensive product which exceeds dollars, and Japan Post must draw up
document and file it for customs clearance.
For this reason, it is pending, but it is scheduled to be sent by airplane bound for US tomorrow.

I received a message from Japan Post that damage compensation was authorized by 100 percent.

1.You return the product and we fefund whole amount.
2. You return the product and we exchange it to new product.
3. You make an estimate for expense of repairing and we refund expense of repairing.
