いつもお世話になります。
1点質問があります。
あるセラー(ebayでは極めて評価が高い)から購入したTourIssue Headを日本の工房で計測したところ、
クラウンに記載の数値と大きな誤差がありました。
メーカーにより計測方法が異なり、計測方法が統一されていないため、
誤差が発生する事はありますが、あまりにも誤差が大きいと思います。
日本の顧客からのクレームのため、詳細な理由が知りたいです。

there is only have one problem.
The numerical value stated on the crown of the TourIssue Head (the price was too expensive on ebay) that was bought from a Japanese seller had a really large difference when it was measured in the studio.
According to the maker, there had to be an error in the measurement since the measurement method that was used was different from what they are using.

I would like to know the reason behind this since it's a complaint from a Japanese customer.

I am currently confirming it with the concerned seller. However, since I have trust in you, I would be very happy if you would give me your opinion about this.
