先日お伝えしましたUSPSには問い合わせて頂けましたか？
私の方でもUSPSに問い合わせをしましたがやはり荷受人から直接連絡が欲しいとの事でした。お手数をお掛けしてすいません

私の方でも日本郵便に調査依頼をしましたが約1ヶ月は返答に時間が掛かるそうです。
もし早い対応をお望みの場合は返金や再送にて対応させて頂きます。

If you want to solve this problem early, I will refund money or send the product again.
