melocyでは、あなたの作曲したオリジナル曲も、市販のCDやボーカロイド曲のような既存曲も、 ご自分で演奏して(歌って)投稿いただくことができます。

しかし、CDを流しながら/iPodの曲を流しながら/動画プレイヤーを再生しながら、 その音にあわせて歌うなどして録音すると、元の曲がまざって録音されてしまいます。
このように元の曲がまざって録音された曲を投稿することは、権利的に認められていません。
どうか、ご自分の演奏や歌だけで、または他の方の投稿に重ねて録音してみてください。

In melocy, you can play (sing) your originally composed song , existing songs from commercial CDs and Vocaloid.

However, when you sing and record your voice while the CD is playing / ipod is playing/ video player is playing , this would get mixed with the recorded original tune.
This is not the right manner to record.
Please try to record the performance of the song alone and use other ways to record on top of the existing tune.
