Unfortunately we were not informed about this delivery.



We offer our assistance in case of problems with the models but we have to be informed in advance by our valued customers.



Now the parcel stands at the Italian customs, waiting for the customs clearance, but in order to be able to accept this delivery we need to know what you are sending to us. On the contrary we will not be able to accept the delivery.
