同じ色の品番が、カタログに記載されている品番と価格に記載されている品番だと違う品番になっています。どちらの品番が、正しいのでしょうか。また、前回入荷した靴ですが、再度商品を細かく確認したところ、添付ファイルの内容で、商品に問題がありました。連絡が遅くなったのは、お休みを取っていたからです。クレーム商品の処理を解決して頂けなければ、お客さんは次回のオーダーを発注しないと言っています。どうのよう処理にするかご連絡下さい。

Concerning the same kind of stuck number, the item stock number written in the kalatog and the one written at the price are different. Which one is correct? Also, concerning the shoes which arrived before, when I checked the item again more closely, there was a problem concerning the item in the contents of the attachement.
