ついては、貴社にお預けしているZynga株式をブローカーに移管手続を行いたいと思います。
ブローカーであるメリルリンチから、残高や口座番号、TAX　IDなど移管とその準備に必要な情報が記載されたステートメントを貴社から入手するよう指示を受けておりますので、私まで送って頂けますでしょうか？

そのうえで、貴社に実際の振替の指示を出すにはどうすればいいか、
手続を教えて下さい。

Therefore, we would like to proceed for transferring the stock of Zynga which we have let your company keep while the processing is on going.
We have been directed by out broker Merrill Lynch for obtaining, from your company, the statement with the information including the balance, the account number, the TAX ID for transferring the stock. Could you send the statement to me?

In connection with this, would you give us the direction for what procedures will be required to request your company for actual transfer.
