I am sorry for delaying reply. I had contacted the customer center, but they haven't answered me because it's summer vacation in Japan now. So the customer center also have a vacation from Augst 10th to 18th. You have a warranty of this item, so it's possible to be fixed. I will pay the shipping fee from US to Japan. However, a pendulum metronome is vulnerable to shock, so it may break again during delivry to US even if it's fixed.

I am sorry for the delayed reply. I contacted the customer center, but they haven't answered me because this week is the Obon summer holidays in Japan; so the customer center is on vacation August 10-18. You have a warranty for this item, so it can be fixed. I will pay the shipping fee from the US to Japan, but pendulum metronomes are vulnerable to shock, so it may break again during delivery to the US even if it's fixed.

I would give it three stars since it's otherwise adequate, but the spelling mistakes are on basic words and careless. Spelling is easily checked in Google Chrome or through any spellchecker. Basic spelling mistakes look very poor in business transactions.

Thank you for your correction! I do appreciate you. I have compared yours with mine several times. I could learn natural expressions and know my mistakes.
One thing that I want to ask you about your review is that how many stars you intended to give me. In your comment, you said three stars, but you gave me two. If you meant two, I accept it. If you gave me two by mistake, please change it into three if you can. (I am not sure if you can change your review...)
I know I shouldn't be obsessive about the number, but Conyac is one of sources of my income. If my evaluation falls below the number that Conyac had set up, I can't convert my points into money... Again, it's no problem if you meant two (or changed your mind just before you gave me stars.) I can accept it as my current translation ability.
Thank you.

Yes, I did mean to give it two, because of the spelling mistakes. I would have given it three if it didn't have the spelling mistakes. Thanks for your reply.
