お気に入りの店で 家族とうなぎを食べた

うなぎ料理といえば、うな重とひつまぶしが日本で有名

うなぎを炭火で焼きながら、甘いタレを絡ませる

「うな重」は焼けたウナギをご飯にのせて秘伝のタレをかけて食べます

私はこの店のウナギは日本一だと思う

「ひつまぶし」　は細かく切ったウナギとご飯を茶碗に移したら、

ダシ汁をかけてわさびや海苔をトッピングして食べる
