実現可能かつ少しストレッチしてる部下と自分が成長する計画を立てることができ、
それを実行できれば、
彼女は今以上に大きなリーダーに成長すると考えている。

Her weak point is her yet insufficient ability of creating a wider vision with process planning.
I think if she can create a compassable plan involving the subordinates in developing stage along with herself, she will be grow as a leader with great potential in future.
