課題としては、より大きなビジョンを描き、
それを達成するための計画を設計する能力が不十分であることである。
実現可能かつ少しストレッチしてる部下と自分が成長する計画を立てることができ、
それを実行できれば、
彼女は今以上に大きなリーダーに成長すると考えている。

The problem is that she isn't competent enough to create a larger vision and develop a plan to realize it.
My opinion is that If she is able to make a feasible plan which will make her and her people (who are a little nervous) grow up, and if she is able to realize it, she will grow up to be a more competent leader than she is.
