I'm in a hurry, so I'll write this in English real quick, my apologies.

  • so disapointed => I corrected this because you need a double "p" here, and "so" as intensifier is quite odd in written language. It sounds very direct and even a bit childish, please avoid it as much as you can.
  • a return of your reason => this sounds unnatural, it is impossible to use "of your reason". It doesn't make much sense grammatically.
  • receipt => this is actually right, I am truly sorry.

Regarding "so" I do not agree with you. so がchildish なんてことは聞いたことないです。very でなければならない、なんてことはないです。それから、これは「会社」vs「会社」の通信ではなく、「個人」が書いているので、それをわかっていて、 so を使っています。
your reason については、実際、your reason でいいのですが、例文を提示したいところですが、何ヶ月も前に見たものなのでもう探せないです。もう2000件以上訳しているし。
