Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add new Payment Option if it has been already added.
The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. You may request to cancel the withdrawal when the withdrawal status is “NEW” and funds will be credited back to the EcoCard Account.

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.
Select "Prepaid MasterCard" from the left-hand menu
Click the ‘Find out more and apply’ button

お引き出しは電子送金のみで行われます。引き出しを新たに依頼する前に、Payment Option（つまり、銀行口座情報）が追加されていなければなりません。すでにPayment Optionが追加されているのであれば、新たに加える必要はありません。引き出しの依頼は3営業日以内に処理されます。引き出しのステイタスが“NEW”の時は依頼をキャンセルでき、EcoCardのアカウントに返金されます。
