Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add new Payment Option if it has been already added.
The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. You may request to cancel the withdrawal when the withdrawal status is “NEW” and funds will be credited back to the EcoCard Account.

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.
Select "Prepaid MasterCard" from the left-hand menu
Click the ‘Find out more and apply’ button

引き落としの取り扱いはWire Transferのみとなります。引き落としの前に、「支払オプション」(銀行口座)を設定する必要があります。既に設定されている場合は、追加する必要はありません。
引き落としは3営業日以内に完了します。引き落としのステータスが「NEW」と表示されている間は引き落としをキャンセルすることができます。この場合はEcoCard口座に返金されます。
