hello, I just opened the case, found there are pieces of broken black belt,
it's stiff and melted. So, it means I have to do it myself, but I don't see a new belt anywhere. You forgot to ship the new belt?

こんにちは。たった今ケースを開けたところ、黒ベルトが壊れている部分を発見しました。そこは固くて溶けていました。自分でどうにかしなくてはならないのですが、新しいベルトが見あたりません。新しいベルトを同梱するのを忘れたのでしょうか？
