the script is ready for the latest version of each major browser [except the IE, placeholders works in earlier versions of other browsers], adding a new plugin just to make placeholders available for Internet Explorer <= 9 versions is not an option for me at the moment, I’ll take it in consideration for further updates. Right now the entire notification system is being reworked bringing some great new features.
