Large corporations didn’t leave enough room for lean entrepreneurship, and Munich’s startup scene doen'tt have much in common with entrepreneurial hubs in Bay Area, Tokyo and Singapore, places where Conyac Team executes most of its operations.

However, we were pleased to see that some organizations and students take initiative to build an environment where individuals with ideas can get consultations, feedback and help with implementation of their new businesses. One of such organizations is also UnternehmerTUM, which is informing young and prosperous entrepreneurs and organizing networking events. We participated at the UnternehmerTUM Entrepreneurs’ Night, presenting Conyac to young business and IT specialists.

大企業は、困窮中の企業家に充分な余地を残しておらず、ミュンヘンのスタートアップ事情は、サンフランシスコの湾岸地域、東京やシンガポールといったConyacチームが主に活動を展開する、企業家の拠点があるような場所と共通するところは少ないです。

しかしながら、アイデアを持った個人が相談会を開いたりフィードバックや新しい事業を行う助けを得られるような環境を構築を率先して行う組織や学生もいるのを知り喜ばしかったです。こういった組織のひとつに、ミュンヘン工科大学出身企業家による団体があり、若者や成功した企業家に情報提供し、ネットワーキングイベントを開催したりしています。ミュンヘン工科大学出身企業家の夜というイベントに参加し、Conyacを若い企業家やIT専門家に紹介しました。
