Hello,
I tried to load 2 games, both didn't work,
the screen just showed "Nintendo now loading"
is the new belt already in it?
any suggestion what I may try?

hello, I just opened the case, found there are pieces of broken black belt,
it's stiff and melted. So, it means I have to do it myself, but I don't see a new belt anywhere. You forgot to ship the new belt?

単に「任天堂読み込み中」と表示されるだけです。
新しいベルトにかえましたか。
なにかすることはありますか。

こんにちは。今商品の箱を開けたのですが、硬くて溶けたベルトの残骸を見つけました。自分で交換しなければならないのですが新しいベルトが見つかりません。新しいベルトを出荷するのを忘れたのですか。
