1点だけ質問があります。
英語圏ではないため、月を英語ではなく数字で取得したいのですがどこを変更すれば良いか教えてもらえますか？

あと要望ですが、トップページは登録してある全てのサイトが更新日順に並ぶと良いと思います。
1つの提案として参考にしてください。

I have on question.
According to the client, since the area to be delivered this script is not English speaking, they want to obtain the month as the numerals. Could you tell me where I can modify to do so?

There is one more request. I may be better to list the registered site on the top page in the order of updated date.
Please take my comment as your reference suggestion.
