今日オーダーID W-000が配達されました。
しかし多額の課税がされていました。
御社は税関申告金額を＄1152.69とタイプしました。
私が購入した金額は＄172.68です。
私は税関に電話してどうしたらよいか聞きました。
通関士は御社がタイプミスをしたことを私にe-mailしろと言いました。
INVOICEだけでは申告金額の訂正は出来ないと言われました。
御社が税関申告書に記載した金額が間違いであることをメールに書いてください。
そして私が購入した金額をメールに記載して下さい。

I have received the items with order ID W-000 today.
But, I was required to pay tremendous amount of the import duties.
Your company wrote down the invoice amount at USD1152.09, but actual amount I purchased was USD172.68.
I inquired to the customs office how to amend my declaration amount.
They told me that I needed to email stating that the amount written on the invoice was wrong because of the typographical error of the shipper.
They told that it could not amend the declaration amount by replacing the invoice.
In view of this, please send me the email stating that “your company made the typographical error writing the invoice. Instead of the correct amount at USD172.68, the wrong amount at USD1152.09 was written on the invoice.”
