I had one of our techs look at that photo and he says that Duetto II has two different styles, one that has a silicone tube on the end of that part you circled which directs the water into the drip tray, and one that does not. Both need an O-Ring so we're sending you a new O-Ring, and if you see a piece of silicone tube in the box then you should attach it to that part you circled once you get that new O-Ring on there and you should be good to go!

どちらのスタイルにもOリングが必要なので新しいOリングを送付します。お客様が箱からシリコンチューブが伸びていることを確認した場合は、丸をした部品の部分に新しいOリングを取り付ければ修理完了です。
