I checked USPS website at my side, as in the attached image it reached at Prescott in Arizona on June 22nd, but it's taking long as you pointed out.
I will ask Japan Post which dispatched to search on it, but usually it takes very long time till they reply, so if you can ask USPS from your side, I guess it's the fastest way to get response.
