オープンの時期
お電話で2013年の11月にオープンをしたいという事を聞きました。
弊社が10月以降に3店舗のお店をオープン予定です。
トレーナーとしてこちらの社員がそちらに人手が回せません。
それと現地スタッフの主力となる人を日本で研修を６ヶ月はやりたいと考えています。
ですので、年内のオープンは無理だと考えています。
早くて来春くらいかと思います。
上記と重なりますが、オープン前に現地スタッフの主力となる人を１店舗あたり２名６ヵ月間日本に研修に来させてほしい。
Period of opening
I heard over the phone that you wanted to open the shop in November 2013.
We are planning to open our three shops after this October.
Therefore, we cannot send our staff members to you as a trainer.
In addition, we would like to hold a training course for at least six months in Japan, targeting at those who will become major local staff members.
For this reason, we think it impossible to open the shop within this year. The earliest possible opening will be early spring of next year.
Before the shop opening, we would like you to send two staff members for each shop, who will serve as major local staffs, to Japan to join our training course we mentioned above.
