出資の比率
前回会議室でお話しの時に比率の変更を考えていると申しましたが、
やはり50:50でいきます。

弊社とトムさん達と、お店に関するものの秘密保持契約を結びたいです。
かいつまんだ内容は
・商標やレシピ、ノウハウ、知的財産など、弊社の許可なしに、第三者にもらしたり、利用したりしない。
勝手に弊社に不利益になるような行動はしない。
秘密保持の範囲と期限、内容などをしておきたいと考えています。
次の火曜日7月16日から作成に取り掛かります。

Ratio of investment

Confidentiality agreement

The summarized contents will be;
The information including trademark, know-how, intellectual property right should not be disclosed to any third parties or be utilized without our company’s permission.
No action, which may bring disadvantage to us, should be taken without our permission.
We are planning to designate the range, period and content of the confidentiality.
We will start to prepare it from July 16, next Tuesday.
