1945年に海兵団（Kaiheidan）へ入隊する際に家族や親類、地元の名士によって作成された寄せ書きの旗です。
だるまの絵や風水画などがみごとに描かれています。78年間大切に保管されてきた品です。

日本の博多地方に伝わる「にわかの面（Hakata Niwaka Mask）」が書かれた旗です。さらに零戦の飛行機やサングラスの人物など、めったに見ることのない構成です。

The flag was prepared by the family members, relatives and local celebrities with their messages and names on it just before the enlistment to Kaiheidan, Marine Corp literally, in 1945.
A Daruma doll and Chinese Fen Shui to bring good luck are excellently drawn here.
It has been treasured for 78 years.

This is another flag with Hakata Niwaka Mask, a traditional craft in Hakata area in Japan, drawn on it.
It also enjoys rare design such as a Zero fighter plane and a character with sunglasses.
