日本郵便に連絡した所、「荷物が米国にあるので、荷受人の方からUSPSに連絡して貰い、正しい住所を連絡して届けて貰って欲しい」との事でした。お手数ですが、USPSに連絡して、正しい連絡先をお伝え頂いて宜しいでしょうか。荷物の差し戻しに対して連絡が間に合えば、無事にお客さまにお届けできるはずです。もし荷物の差し戻しに間に合わない場合は、荷物が日本に戻った後、私共の方から再度お客さまの元へ発送させて戴くことになります。どうぞ、宜しくお願い致します。

I have inquired to Japan post. They told me that the item has been in America so please let the recipient contact to USPS and tell them to deliver to the correct address.
I am sorry for taking your time but would you please contact with USPS and tell them the correct delivery address.
You can let the item delivered if you can get in touch with USPS before reaching to their holding day limit.
If ever the item is returned to Japan, we are sure we will ship again to your address.
