途中植えられている木は桜の木です。

今から405年前、1608年建立。重要文化財塔の高さは約32ｍ。戦争でも焼けませんでした。関東では一番古い。周りを囲む彫刻は十二支の動物の彫刻が施されています。扉の中には4人の菩薩と徳川2代将軍の位牌が入っています。徳川2代将軍の病気回復を願い、願いがかなったため建立されました。
特色として江戸時代と桃山時代過渡期の建築様式が出ている塔。桃山時代は江戸時代より前の時代です。桃山時代の塔は日本に一つしかありません。

The five-story pagoda was built in 1608, 405 years ago. The important cultural property was not burnt in the war. It is the oldest pagoda in Kanto area. Twelve animal signs are curved on its surface. Four Buddhist saints and the mortuary tablet of the second Tokugawa shogun are kept inside the door. It was built after his recovery, which everyone hoped for.
The characteristics of it is that it has the building style of an age between Momoyama and Edo periods. Momoyama was before Edo. There is only one pagoda in Japan which has the characteristics of Momoyama period.
