以前に商品が届かないとのことでバイヤーからキャンセル依頼があり対応しました。
（全額返金済み）
ところがバイヤーから連絡が商品が届いたので商品代を請求してほしいと連絡がありました。
御社から再度請求をして頂くことは可能でしょうか？
これはどのように対応すればよろしいでしょうか？

However the buyer now would like to be charged because he has received the item recently.
Would you please reissue the invoice?
And please advise how we should respond?
