if you were to send me out a new one with perfect package I would change it. However I do not wish to pay to send back the old one. That would be too much of a hassle and inconvenience for me. You would have to send me a prepaid return label, or just allow me to keep the old one.

完全なパッケージの新しいものを送って頂けるのであれば、それと交換します。ただし、古いのを送り返すのに必要な送料を払いたくはありません（あまりにも面倒で不便ですので）。プリペイドの返信ラベルをお送り頂けるか、さもなければ古いのは返送しなくてもよいでしょうか。
