叔母さんは元気そうだし、マチコちゃんはやはり凄く若くてびっくりしました。
それと色々なお土産を頂き、どうもありがとう。

私の家であなた達に会った時の母が、明るくなり一瞬若い元気な顔に戻ったのを覚えています。
今でも母は食欲があり、自分で歩いています。

I still remember when my mother saw you at our place, her face lighten up and looked so fine for that moment.
She still have high motivation and walking by herself.

had good time をhad a good timeに修正させていただきました。
herdがスペルミスのようでしたので修正しました。
lighten upをlightened up と過去形にしました。
and walking の箇所ですが、and is walking にされるか、分詞構文を使用されるのであればandを削除してカンマを入れるのが適当かと思いました。
