JCCBは6月17日、京王プラザホテルで平成25年度通常総会を実施した。

開会の挨拶で猪口会長は、JCCBの昨年の活動を振り返り、JNTOへ事務局業務を委託したことによる財政基盤改革と、国際ミーティング・エキスポの日経BP社への運営委託といった２つの改革が効果をあげたことを述べた。

総会では会議開催情報提供の強化や台北への海外視察、パンフレットのリニューアル、企画調査事業、コンベンション産業部会とコンベンションビューロー部会の併催などの新しい取組みが承認された。

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Inoguchi, the chairperson, looking back on the last year's performance, stated that JCCB reformed the financial foundation by delegating the secretariat's operations to JNTO and delegated the running of the international meeting expo to the Nikkei BP Corp, and these two reforms have been successful.

At the plenary session, the following have been newly approved: more disclosure of the details about opening the meetings, study tours to Taiwan, redesign of brochures, project investigative operations, and combined opening of the convention industry sectional meeting and the convention bureau sectional meeting.
