先日、御社にチェックして頂いた、Inventory File の件でメールしました。

出品禁止の商品を事前に知りたかったので、御社に依頼しましたが、
つい先ほど、ポリシーに違反しているという理由で、アカウントが停止になりました。

アカウントの停止という事態を避ける為に、御社へわざわざチェックしてもらったのですが、
このような状況になってしまい、私はとても戸惑っています。

私の願いは、アカウントを元の状態にして頂きたいです。

どうすべきか、アドバイスをください。
私は本当に困っています。

I'm sending you an email regardinng Inventory File that I asked your company to check the other day.

I wanted to know items prohibited from listing in advance and that was the reason I asked your company, however my account has just been deactivaated due to the reason it's against the policy.

I asked your company to check it in order to avoid my account being deactivated, but I'm very confused about this situation.

I'd like to have my account as it was before.

Please advise what I should do.
I'm really troubled.
